FISHING - 'No Bites. com'

Jurgen & Nataliya love to go fishing. They started in the early Spring of this year (2008). They were given some 'kiddies' rods by Mike & Chrystal and soon set out to find some great spots to fish. They started with Mike Lake in Maple Ridge along the road to Alouette Lake. Here they had tremendous success, as it was Spring fishing season and the lake had just been stocked. The fever caught and Jurgen & Nataliya expored many lakes and rivers and eventually bought a couple of 'really good' fishing rods. Enjoy the page, the stories of the 'monsters' that got away, and the great outdoor pics.

Here we are at one of our favourite spots to fish - SAYERS LAKE (Summer 2008)

Here we are with our new Fishing Hats! What do you think? Stylish?

Here we are at Morgan Lake. Can you believe we camped out here over night? We were so worried about bears and woke up to every sound. Needless to say we hardly slept at all in the night. However, we were rewarded with this spectacular sight upon opening the tent door. Such an incredible lake of beauty. Fishing was not that great, but we did catch one 'Monstah' and another 'Monstah' got away. Here is a pic of the one we caught:

Our favourite lake is still Mike Lake. I will get up more pics when I can. Here is a list of some of the other places we have been fishing: Mike Lake, Sayers Lake, the Dyke (Alouette River close to Pitt River), Morgan Lake, Rolley Lake, Devils Lake, Deer Lake, Elbow Lake, Grace Lake, Wolf Lake, Lightning Lake (with ducks), Pothole Lake, Elkhart Lake, Yellow (or was it Green) Lake, LaFarge Lake, Sasamat Lake, Buntzen Lake, Alouette Lake, Nicomen Slough, Harrison River, Fraser River, and the 'Toilet Bowl'.

Tumbler Ridge trip: 2010. We stopped at 11 lakes on the way there and back to fish: Whaloper Lake, Goose Lake, Carp Lake, Raianbow Lake, Moose Lake, Tudyah Lake, Quesnal Lake, Klinee Lake, Lac des Roches, Oyama Lake and Elkhart Lake. Pics!
